Agrobank Young Talent Program (YTP) 2023
YTP is a management trainee program for Agrobank and has been implemented since 2013. In line with the Bank’s strategic focus area of high performing and sustainable organisation, the program focuses to identify a group of graduates who meet the Agrobank eligibility requirements to be feeders to the Agrobank pipeline.
We are sourcing for candidates with the following criteria:
* Malaysian citizen with maximum age of 27 years old at point of intake.
* Fresh graduates or those with less than 2 years of working experience.
* Minimum Academic Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree of CGPA 3.50
* Band 4 of the Malaysian University English Test (MUET) or equivalent
