Exit Policy was established by Government through Pekeliling Perkhidmatan Bil. 7 Tahun 2015: Pelaksanaan Dasar Pemisah (Exit Policy) Bagi Pegawai Yang Berprestasi Rendah Dalam Perkhidmatan Awam. Bahagian Pengurusan Psikologi, Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam has prepared a specific procedure to manage observation period for low performer staff (LNPT below 60%) in Exit Policy.
Psychology Officer will be involved in Screening Process, Intervention and Monitoring throughout a year of observation period.
The implementation of Exit Policy is not a means of punishment instead it is a platform to help staff to achieve optimal function and become a high performer at work place.
