TalentCorp’s Women Programmes are kicking off 2024 with the first Women-Industry Network (WIN) hybrid mentoring program of the year with Project Girls for Girls (https://projectg4g.org/chapter/malaysia/)! WIN is a mentoring programme, connecting women with a support network consisting of C-suite professionals, HR leaders, qualified trainers and individual experts including successful women returnees as mentors, towards enhancing a nurturing culture for women talent.

WIN Cohort 9 will be conducted in 6 modules ranging from honing leadership, communication, negotiation skills to understanding the importance of ethics and values in decision making with experienced mentors from various industries to guide mentees throughout this 3-week mentoring program. Commitment Dates as a Selected Mentee
17th February (Sat): 9:00am - 1:30pm: Module 1- Building Trust & Module 2- Courageous Leadership (Compulsory Physical Session)

24th February (Sat): 9:00am - 2:30pm: Module 3- Art of Communication & Module 4- Negotiation (Virtual Session)

2nd March (Sat): 9:00am - 3:00pm: Modules 5- Public Service & Module 6- Ethics & Values (Compulsory Physical Session), and graduation ceremony
