Bank Negara Malaysia's Kijang Graduate Programme (KGP) is now accepting applications for two intakes: (1) early-April 2022 and (2) late-September 2022 (Early Action).

Upon acceptance into the KGP, successful candidates will be rotated across the Bank over 18 months. This is intended to produce talents with a holistic exposure to the Bank's wide-ranging and varied functions. The KGP consists of two tracks:
Graduate Analyst programme: Rotates successful applicants across the Bank's 3 major sectors: Monetary Stability, Financial Stability, & Corporate Management
Digital Graduate Analyst programme: Provides more focused exposure to the Bank's digital infrastructure and technology departments

Successful Graduate Analysts will be offered a permanent role at the Bank. All requisite information and requirements can be found here: https://www.bnm.gov.my/kgp. We are open to graduates from all disciplines with less than 1 year's worth of work experience post-graduation. The application period will last till 14 February 2022.

To help them with their applications, we recommend that the graduates flip through our  Annual Report to get a sense of what we do here at the Bank. In addition to that, we highly recommend that your students follow us on our social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram) for more regular updates, and they can get a sense of the issues that we are working on.
