CONTACT CENTER AGENT INTERNSHIP

• To handle all customer inquiries coming from multichannel, including Call, E-mails and Voicemail;
• To handle all customer inquiries based on Standard Procedure and Guideline defined by the company client;
• Must be ready for shift operation if it’s required
